Had a really great stay during my business trip here! Everything was spot on. I got upgraded to a comfy, large superior apartment with its own bathroom. 🌟.

the location of the hotel was perfect and amazing - relatively near lost souls alley amusement center.

The whole experience was really good, no complains at all, strongly recommend. Everything was perfect, quiet ambience. The most amicable staff I ever met. I was given standard apartment with an electric kettle, climate control, and an iron. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom was clean. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station.

The modern furniture in the standard apartment was excellent, the location was stunning, the staff were extremely helpful, and it's centrally located.

I recently stayed at Fenna Apartments for a few nights during my trip to Krakow. The receptionist at the hostel where we picked up our keys was friendly and gave us clear instructions on how to find the apartment. The location was perfect, close to the old town and easily accessible for Uber drivers. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff, especially the girls at reception, were delightful and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. it was a cozy property with a convenient location and helpful staff.

the receptionist was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even accommodating our room change and storing our luggage. the staff spoke good English and were very kind. the location was convenient, and the price was just right, not too expensive but still providing great value. We would definitely visit again in the future. The bed was comfortable, and the interior of room number 3 was lovely.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it is close to the city center and just a short walk away from the old town. You can easily explore the beautiful park nearby or be right in the middle of the bustling market square. the room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and lovely parquet flooring. the shared bathroom is also well-maintained and convenient. the friendly staff provides helpful information about the city and nearby attractions. it offers great value for budget travellers.

One downside is that picking up the keys at a separate location can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage.
